Since 2019’s Avengers: Endgame, they haven’t been active in the MCU. This is due to both the Avengers not appearing in the films, as well as the team not having any missions in the background, as in Captain America: Brave New World trailers, Thunderbolts Ross is seen asking Sam Wilson to bring the Avengers back together.

Like any good MCU ensemble film, the new trailer tells us there will be plenty of fight scenes between the unlikely allies. I’m genuinely excited for this film, which is something i didn’t think I’d feel about the MCU again. It seems to take a more grounded approach to a team-up, blending intriguing characters from the shows and recent movies while also introducing fresh faces. I'm also happy that it's a movie and not another series that requires me to dedicate six hours.
